Measurements
For a preliminary calculation of the price of insulation, it is necessary to measure the entire area of facade and, preferably, provide a project of the house and transfer the data to the Royal Facade company. On request, our experts will take measurements directly on the facade of the client or at the construction site.

Why do we need measurements of the facade?
Preliminary cost calculation
It is possible to calculate the price of thermal panels and the cost of installation if we know the exact area of the facade of the house, as well as the type of tile and insulation (more after individual measurements and calculation of your order).
Calculation of the amount of thermopanels
The exact production volumes for each project must be known for the optimal speed of production of thermal panels, as well as the calculation of the amount of materials, tiles, insulation.
Avoid shortages or excesses
We take our time to make sure our calculations are accurate. Proper measurements and attention to the details of the façade will help avoid material shortages (lack of materials slows down installation) and prevent surpluses (surpluses increase unnecessary costs for the homeowner).

Calculation of heat insulation
Properly calculated heat-insulating layer of the facade will maintain the optimal heat balance in the room: cool in summer and warm in winter!
Do not overdo it in choosing the thickness of the insulation – this will only increase costs without increasing energy-efficient qualities.

Why is heat calculation necessary?
To keep walls from freezing
In order to prevent possible freezing of the walls, you must initially correctly calculate and select the thickness of the insulation. To do this, it is necessary to take into account the climatic zone, minimum and maximum temperature, humidity.
To correctly position the “dew point”
If you correctly approach the heat calculation, then the so-called “dew point” is not located inside the load-bearing walls, but the insulation, which will later avoid excess moisture and condensation on the wall inside the house.
To avoid excessive heat-insulation thickness
With the correct heat calculation, we get the optimal thickness of the insulation to retain heat. An additional increase in the thickness of the thermal insulation layer will only lead to unnecessary costs without a significant increase in energy efficiency.

Calculation of masonry
Based on the sketch, the dimensions of the facade and the dimensions of the thermal panels, we make the most optimal layout of the thermal panels in a special program on the surface of the facade in order to minimize scraps and residues of the thermal panels.

Why do you need a masonry calculation?
Accurate calculation of the number of thermal panels
Thanks to the masonry calculation, we get a specification with the exact number of thermal panels, corner elements and slope elements.
Assistance with installation
After calculating the masonry, we know how optimally the panels should be located on the facade, where the joints will go, in what places and how the elements will be cut. This is like a brief instruction for assembling thermal panels on the facade.
Reduction of trimmed parts
Specialized software allows even at the design stage to place thermal panels on the facade in the most optimal way in order to reduce the number of residues and trimmed parts to a minimum.

The main technological advantages of thermal panels:
01. We produce thermal panels based on two types of insulation PSBS, XPS, by the method of MULTIPLE pressing according to German technology, which is more than 40 years old, while one tile in the finished panel can withstand a tear load of more than 48 kg!
02. The “quarter” lock, which is located around the entire perimeter of the thermal panel, prevents the occurrence of cold bridges and creates a monolithic coating without gaps.
03. The protective and decorative coating of the thermal panel – clinker tiles has high strength characteristics. It withstands a significant pressing load with a polyurethane adhesive composition into a heater, (adhesive penetration depth up to 40mm).
04. Embedded fasteners – plastic rondolas – in combination with a metal dowel-nail (Quick Mount Dowel), provide invisibility, reliability, no shrinkage of the structure for the entire period of operation of the facade.
