We are the first manufacturer of thermal insulation facade panels in Ukraine to have passed flammability tests in accordance with European fire safety standards
Our company, Royal Facade, is a leading manufacturer in the Ukrainian market, specializing in the production of facade thermal insulation panels with high-quality clinker tiles. We focus on developing reliable thermal insulation materials and complete systems to protect buildings from heat loss, ensuring our clients receive durable and safe installation options. This dedication led us to arrange independent testing of our products — flammability tests conducted in Warsaw, Poland.
Thermal panel samples for testing in Europe
The first test sample consisted of extruded polystyrene with a thickness of 30 mm, combined with Paradyz clinker tiles. During the tests, the thermal panels were exposed to open flame, with exact measurements taken of the temperature, the duration of direct flame exposure, and smoke emissions. The full test results are available in the corresponding report.
The second test sample, extruded polystyrene with a thickness of 120 mm, also successfully met all fire safety requirements.

Test results of thermal panels
As a result of these tests, our product was awarded a flammability classification of Class B, which is considered the highest and best in this category of insulation materials in Europe. Royal Facade is the first company in Ukraine to develop thermal panels with a Class B fire classification, meaning that our products fully comply with all EU fire safety standards.

Explanation of Classification B-s1, d0: decoding and features
The fire classification system is part of the European material classification framework based on their reaction to fire.
Класифікація B-s1, d0 розшифровується таким чином:
- B: Refers to materials with limited combustibility, which do not sustain burning.
- s1: Refers to smoke emission, indicating that the material emits minimal smoke during combustion.
- d0: Indicates that the material does not produce burning droplets or particles during combustion.
Thus, a thermal insulation material classified as B-s1, d0 is a high-quality material with limited combustibility, minimal smoke emission, and no burning droplets or particles.

Our thermal panels do not support combustion, making them a safe cladding material for residential, commercial, and other types of buildings.
