The Company provides for the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law «On consumer protection».

Return policy for goods of good quality

Exchange and return of goods is carried out within 14 days after purchase (for goods of good quality). The return of goods is regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Terms of exchange of goods or refund:

1. No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
2. The goods must be in a complete set and have no traces of use.

All packaging materials and labels are intact. We will need the original sales receipt to process the exchange of goods for another. Please note that the delivery service services for the transfer of goods are paid by agreement.

According to the Law «On consumer protection», the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they fall within the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.

Refunds Policy

1. The method of refund is determined by agreement: cash or bank payment.
2. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be issued depending on your bank’s or credit card issuer’s policy.
