How to Use the Calculator for Material Estimation
To quickly and accurately perform a preliminary calculation of the cost of insulating the facade of your house, we offer you our Facade Insulation Calculator. It is simple and easy to use, with all client actions divided into several steps.
To calculate the cost of insulation you need:
- Entering Your Data. For feedback, we need the following information: full name, your phone number, the approximate area of the facade of the specific building (m2), and the delivery location.
- Type and Thickness of Insulation. We offer two types of insulation to choose from – EPS or expanded polystyrene, and XPS or extruded polystyrene. The thickness of EPS ranges from 50 to 250 mm, and the thickness of XPS ranges from 30 to 120 mm.
- Tile or Decorative Layer of Thermal Panels. Customers can select tiles from popular brands such as Cerrad, Paradyz, Goldentile, KingKlinker, Ekaterinoslav. Each of these manufacturers offers a wide selection of tile colors.
- Grout (Grouting Mixture). We offer high-quality grout “Quickmix.” You need to determine the specific amount of this mixture, with the calculation that 1 bag weighing 25 kg is sufficient for 10 m2. Additionally, you can select the color of the future tile joints: black, light gray, brown, graphite, white, and others.
- Fasteners. Two main options are offered – quick-mount dowels ranging in size from 120 mm to 180 mm, or universal screws ranging in size from 100 mm to 200 mm. Besides the size and types of fasteners, you need to specify their quantity. The choice of these details depends on the initial thickness of the insulation layer and other installation features.
- Adhesive Foam. You need to select the optimal number of adhesive foam cans, with the calculation that 1 can is sufficient for 5 m2.
